TRoPPA Onboarding Program

We, at the Philippine Ports Authority are delighted to have you on board! The Talent Recruit of PPA (TroPPA) Onboarding Program is designed to guide and introduce the new employees to the Agency’s mission, vision, mandate, core values, and culture. This program will serve as your compass for the next six months of your journey as a civil servant.

SECOND MILESTONE:

Embarkation

This milestone marks the formal start of employment of the TRoPPA. TRoPPA shall submit all necessary documents, take their oath of office, receive essential work tools such as PPA ID, access card, and official email. Workstations and office supplies are assigned through coordination between the Administrative Services Department (ASD) and the TRoPPA’s Responsibility Center (RC). The HR staff will also tour the TRoPPA to PPA facilities to familiarize them with their new work environment. Lastly, the TRoPPAs must register in the TRoPPA Onboarding Program, which will further support their integration into the agency.
