Forklift Operations Course
Moving heavy loads of cargoes for loading and unloading into or from a vessel, or during the process of transporting goods within the port using heavy equipment, poses grave threats to workers' and passengers' safety. Accidents involving unsafe forklift operation account for numerous preventable deaths and injuries every year. Many forklift-related accidents are attributed to human error; thus, it is necessary to train equipment operators on how to properly use the safety features of the machines and follow procedures and regulations for maintaining a safe workplace.
